General Information

Shipping:
All in-stock orders will normally ship within one business day, and sometimes on Saturdays. All bats will have the option of Free USPS Priority Mail shipping, which has a normal transit time of 1-3 days. Alternate UPS shipping options and overnight shipping options are available on the checkout page and will carry an additional charge.

All orders or shipments of $750.00 or more will be sent with a signature required. All orders under $750.00 are normally shipped without a signature required. If you would like your order to have a signature required, please leave a note when you place your order, or contact me via email at sales@batsplus.com or via text message @ 610-209-3205.

Local pick-up:
Anyone who is local to the Delaware County or Southeast PA tri-state area may choose to arrange a pick-up, or have the order delivered. Please contact via text @ 610-209-3205, or e-mail @ jimtoy@batsplus.com.

Return Policy:
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of original shipment with a 10% restocking charge. Returns between 8-14 days after original shipment will be accepted with a 20% restocking charge. ALL returns must be approved beforehand by Bats Plus. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and will be responsible for returning the items in the condition in which they were received. Any original shipping costs paid by the buyer in the event of a return will not be refunded.

Used bats and any item that has had any tags or wrapper removed may not be returned for refund or exchange, no matter the amount of time that has passed. No exceptions.

Damaged or mis-shipped items:

Please contact sales@batsplus.com about any items that have been damaged in transit or have been shipped in error for instructions.

Payments:
Paypal is the preferred method of payment. All credit card customers are able to pay by credit card via the Paypal option, and a Paypal account is not required. If alternate payment methods such as a check or money order are required, please contact @ jimtoy@batsplus.com or via text message @ 610-209-3205 to make arrangements. All payments are secured.

Warranty Information:
Bats Plus will provide a receipt for warranty purposes with all new bats unless otherwise noted. Many bats use a barcode sticker system that are required in order for a warranty claim to be approved. The barcode sticker on the bat should be removed and placed onto the receipt. Otherwise the warranty will be void if the sticker is lost or misplaced. Most bats will come with a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty.

All equipment warranties are manufacturer’s warranties, and all claims should be made with the manufacturer. Claim instructions, contact information, and procedures are outlined on the manufacturers’ websites listed below.
