Shipping / Pickup Information
Shipping:
All in-stock orders will normally ship within one business day, Monday-Friday. All bats have an option at checkout for free standard shipping. Alternate and express shipping options and costs are available at the bottom of the checkout page, once you enter your address information. This does not commit you to purchase the items in your cart. Bats Plus is not responsible for any delays once your package is scanned by the shipping carrier, even if you pay for an express service. However, if you paid for a service and it’s delivered after the date shown on the tracking page, you may be entitled to a shipping refund, if that is offered by the shipping carrier that you chose. Otherwise, Bats Plus will not refund shipping costs under any circumstance.
All orders or shipments of $750.00 or more will be sent with a signature required. All orders under $750.00 are normally shipped without a signature required. If you would like your order to have a signature required, please leave a note when you place your order, contact via email at sales@batsplus.com. Otherwise, you will waive your right to sign for your package, and the carrier may leave the package on your property.
Local pick-up:
